Three Rivers Legal Services - Low Income Taxpayer Clinic

This agency can help low income taxpayers with federal income tax matters. This may include disputes over tax payments and spousal filing inconsistencies. They also help clients settle matters such as audits, appeals and collection issues for free.

The clinic is located at the Jacksonville office. Clients must live in the following counties: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Duval, Nassau or St. Johns. Please see the website for income requirements.

They do NOT prepare and file current returns. However, they can refer you to agencies that may help you with filing. The LITC is NOT an entity of the IRS, US Tax Court or any other government agency.

US Attorney Middle District of Florida - Victim Services

Help is available in the form of compensation and assistance. Compensation programs reimburse victims for crime-related expenses. This could include:
