Alliance for Aging, Inc. - Community Care for the Elderly (CCE) Program

The CCE program provides community-based services. They help older people live in the least restrictive, yet cost-effective environment suitable to their needs. Individuals must be age 60 or older. They must be functionally impaired.

Eligible clients may receive services, including:

  • Adult day care
  • Case management
  • Chore
  • Companionship
  • Consumable medical supplies
  • Counseling
  • Emergency alert response
  • Emergency home repair
  • Escort
  • Home-delivered meals
  • Homemaker

Monroe County Florida In-Home Services

Monroe County In-Home Services is a program that services elderly persons and/or disabled adults. The program goal is to offer an alternative to nursing home placement. They also help individuals in their own homes or the homes of family or friends. Call for more information.

Monroe County Health Department - WIC
