Habitat makes homeownership possible for hard-working families. They are able to get a mortgage at low cost. It is for those who would otherwise be living in poor housing. Families are able to gain a sense of pride as they become part of a safe, thriving community.

Habitat does not discriminate in the areas of race, religion, gender, handicap or national origin.

The first step towards qualifying for a home is to meet the ten basic Pre-Qualifications. Then you send the required information to the Habitat office.

Habitat makes owning a home possible and affordable for hard-working families. It is for those who otherwise would find themselves living in poor conditions. They are able to gain independence and stability along with a sense of pride as they join a safe, thriving community.

There is also Habitat ReStore, a place where people can donate household items or buy them at a greatly reduced price. Proceeds from the sales of the items help buy supplies to build another Habitat house.
