PanCare of Florida, Inc. is a non-profit organization. They are based in Panama City, Florida. They open Community Health Centers in Bay and Walton counties. They primarily serve people on Medicaid, Medicare, and Medipass. They also accept sliding scale for those who do not have insurance. You must bring proof of household income for sliding scale. Their Community Health Centers provide primary and urgent care. They also offer dental care.
