GCM - Vision Clinic

The Optometry Team provides vision screening and exams and donated eye glasses to those in need.
Exams will be conducted every 3 months. A donation of $5 to cover cost of eyeglasses is suggested. Please call for more information.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society North Central Florida - Patient Support Programs

This chapter offers a wide range of free educational and support programs for patients. There are online support groups and online chats.
