Access Florida - Food Stamps, Temporary Cash Assistance, and Medicaid

The Food Stamp Program helps people with low income to buy healthy food. The application can be done online. Please see the website for your local service center. The application is also used for Temporary Cash Assistance, Medicaid, and all other Dept of Children and Families services.

You can view the application in English, Haitian-Creole, or Spanish.

Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center - Healthcare Services

This Center provides therapy services to residents in four counties. They can get long or short-term rehab care. They can get inpatient or outpatient services. They can also get skilled nursing care. Many short term patients continue their therapy on an outpatient basis. Licensed therapists work with you to improve your level of function.

Chiefland Medical Center offers family practice and pediatrics care. They accept Medicare, Medicaid, PPC, and most insurance plans. Same day appointments are available for urgent conditions. Call for more information.
