AWARE: A Woman's Addiction Recovery Effort is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. It offers a 13 bed facility with 24 hour supervision. Length of residential stay is up to 60 days with a Halfway House program.

Treatment includes:

  • Individual and group therapy
  • Drug education groups

Starting Over Straight is a 14 bed residential program. They meet the special needs of adolescent substance abusers. Residents must be between the ages of 13 and 18 years old. Those that stay must participate in an educational program.

Chipley Housing Authority - Housing

Chipley Housing Authority provides rental housing for low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. CHA owns and operates 88 units of public housing.

CHA determines eligibility and rents based on:

  • Annual gross income for all members of the household
  • Whether you qualify as elderly, a person with a disability, or as a family; and
  • U.S. citizenship or eligible immigration status
