This program helps Veterans with service connected disabilities. It helps them to prepare for and find suitable jobs. For Veterans who cannot immediately go to work due to their disability, they may get services to help them to live as independently as possible. This program is also known as the Chapter 31 Program. Veterans will meet with a counselor to consider a plan that meets their specific needs. They may receive training at a college, vocational or technical school.
