SHINE stands for "Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders". This is a free program and can answer your questions about Medicare, Medicaid and insurance. The counseling site has volunteers that can help. Please call for more information.

Department of Elder Affairs oversees programs and services for elders. Eleven Area Agencies on Aging across the state help. These work as Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs). ADRCs act as a combined system for information and access to services.
