Capital Area Community Action Agency offers the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The LIHEAP assists low-income households in meeting the costs of utility payments and crisis assistance. Benefit amount is based on National Poverty guidelines. Priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, or children under 5 years of age. Please contact for more information.
