Levy County Health Department provides health services to the community. Eligibility and or frees for services vary by program. They accept Medipass, Kid Care, Medicare and Blue Cross and Blue Shield provider.

Clinic Services at the Levy County Health Department include:

  • Breast and cervical cancer screening for uninsured women 55 to 65
  • Child and adult health
  • Dental Services for children and extractions only for adults
  • Epilepsy and insulin medication program for eligible adults
  • Family planning
  • Flu, pneumonia, DTAP, Shingles, and HPV vaccines for adults
  • Health education and counseling
  • Hepatitis screening
  • HIV/AIDS testing and prevention
  • Immunizations (children up to 18 years)
  • Prenatal Care/Maternity Care
  • Sexually transmitted disease testing, treatment, education and follow-up
  • Smoking cessation programs
  • Tuberculosis testing, treatment and follow-up

  • HIV testing and counseling (anonymous and confidential)
  • Immunizations for infants and children up to age 18 years of age
