The Farm Workers Education Program of Manatee County helps people who have worked or are currently employed in agriculture (or packinghouse) in the last TWO years.
The Farm Workers Education Program can help clients:
- Learn English
- Improve reading/math skills
- Learn a job skill
- Get a high school diploma
- Become employed in a full time, year round career

Provider
Manatee Technical Institute offers technical training and academic education. Students can train for careers in many fields. MTI offers short courses. It has one- and two-year programs. Students can get free tuition if they attend MTI while still in high school (Manatee County). Financial aid is available.
