- For Teens – programs for teenagers in foster care, those dropping out of school, and young adults facing homelessness
- CINS/FINS (Children In Need of Services/Families In Need of Services) - services for children with behavioral challenges
- Mentoring – young people ages 6-21 are matched with adult mentors in their community
- Counseling
- Family Visitation Centers – supervised visitation for children and adults who have experienced issues including violence and abuse
- Safe Harbor Emergency – temporary shelter for youth ages 10-17
- Teen Outreach Program – development program for teens
