HEP gives people in need a place to stay and support for up to 90 days. Single adults can sleep in the Emergency Dormitory. Families can stay in the emergency shelter, which has 8 one-bedroom apartments. The Family Transition Program helps families get back on their feet and become independent again.   • Financial help with move-in costs and/or rent for qualified families
  • Home-based case management for up to one year
  • Links to community resources
  • Stabilization services and rapid re-housing into independent housing
