The Charlotte HIV/AIDS People Support, Inc, or CHAPS for short, is a nonprofit group. The group is run entirely by volunteers. They provide food and hygiene items to those persons in need. Persons living with HIV/AIDS and their dependents. Goods are offered at no cost to those being helped. Healthy Families is an at-home program created to help pregnant women, newborns, and families. Services must begin either before the birth or by the baby's third month. Services to the family may be offered for up to 5 years. Please call for more info.
