Neighborhood Medical Center
Neighborhood Medical Center provides healthcare services to those in need. They help the uninsured and persons who are homeless. You will have to submit financial and demographic information for yourself and your household. You will also be required to provide personal identification. If you do not submit the required information, your cost for services will be $65 plus the $5 co-pay per visit. Walk-ins are welcomed based on availability and severity of the need. Walk in's and appointments are both accepted. Please call for more info.
