Haven Hospice

This hospice provides services for patients needing end-of-life care. They do not turn anyone away. They address the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the patient and family. Care is provided wherever the patient calls home. If the patient can no longer remain in his own home, care can be given in one of Haven's Care Center. There are services for children and teens as well.

WIC - Gilchrist County

WIC is for low to moderate income women who are pregnant, have recently had a baby or are breastfeeding. It is also for infants and children up to age 5 who may be at nutritional risk. It doesn’t matter whether you’re working or not working. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. WIC services are available to anyone who lives in Florida and meets the program guidelines. Please see the website for more information.
