This Care Center has end-of-life care. They focus on the physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs of its patients. There are services for family members as well. The Care Center is for those who can no longer live in their own home. They have 16 beds with full hospice service and the comforts of home. Please call or visit the website to learn more.
This hospice provides services for patients needing end-of-life care. They do not turn anyone away. They address the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the patient and family. Care is provided wherever the patient calls home. If the patient can no longer remain in his own home, care can be given in one of Haven's Care Center. WIC is for low to moderate income women who are pregnant, have recently had a baby or are breastfeeding. It is also for infants and children up to age 5 who may be at nutritional risk. It doesn’t matter whether you’re working or not working. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC.
