Brooksville Healthcare Center is a not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehab facility nestled in a serene oak-shaded country setting. We offer several outside areas for our residents including outdoor courtyards and a nature trail. We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy to promote independence and improve the quality of life for our residents. Therapy can be provided on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
