    Crescent Community Clinic

    This clinic offers health care for adults ages 18 - 64 with limited incomes and no health insurance. Services are provided weekdays from 9am - 2pm (no Thursdays). You must bring a photo ID and Social Security card to apply. As well as proof of income and residency. Please call or visit the website to learn more.
