Academy of Leaders After-School Program - Grace Place

Grace Place provides after-school programs. These programs offer educational services during and after school and summer hours. Services are provided at no cost to children and their families. They have programs for elementary, middle school, and high school students.

Programs include:

Healthcare Network provides Specialized Healthcare Services. With support funding from Ryan White Care Act, they help individuals infected with HIV manage their treatment. They help with medical care, nutrition, behavioral health, and medication.

AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) - Collier County Health Department

The health department for this county provides an AIDS Drug Assistance Program. It is called ADAP for short. This program may be able to offer medications to treat HIV and AIDS.
