Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) - Northeast Florida Community Action Agency

LIHEAP is a program that helps low-income households who are low on funds or about to have their energy cut off. They will make payments directly to the utility company for you. Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) - Northeast Region

This agency is called APD for short. It supports persons with developmental disabilities. The agency works to help clients live, learn, and work in their communities. The services include help to find jobs, funding, and supported living services.

APD serves those with:

  • Children age 3-5 who are at a high risk of a developmental disability
