Division of Early Learning

The Division of Early Learning is called DEL for short. It is a division of the Florida Department of Education. This division works to provide early learning services for children.

Programs Include:

  • Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R)
  • School Readiness (SR)
  • Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK)

IDignity

IDignity helps people get identification items such as

  • Birth Certificates
  • Florida ID Cards and Driver's Licenses
  • Social Security Cards

Youth Fare Program - LYNX

LYNX provides Youth Fare Program. Children under the age of 6 may ride free when accompanied by an adult. If they are riding alone, they may be $1. Ages 7 to 9 are eligible for a Youth Pass without a Youth ID. Ages 10 to 18 or still in high school must show Youth ID. Please call or visit website for more information.

ACCESS LYNX - LYNX

ACCESS LYNX is a shared ride door-to-door transportation service. This program provides transportation to those who are not able to use the regular fixed route bus service because of a disability or other limitations. Must be fill out application and be eligible.
