Health Care Center for the Homeless
This agency reaches out to homeless living in camps (HOPE Team). It also provides health services to uninsured people in Orange County.
The Hope Team:
- Brings food and water to the camps to address basic needs and build trust
- Help with referrals to behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs
- Helps the homeless get ID cards, birth certificates, and housing
- Provides transportation to the clinic for homeless living in the woods
- Takes information on medical, dental, and behavioral health services available through the Health Care Center for the Homeless

Daily Bread - Christian Service Center
