LYNX provides the Youth Fare Program. Children under the age of 6 may ride free when accompanied by an adult. If they are riding alone, they may ride for $1. Shepherd’s Hope provides health care for the uninsured. Doctors and nurses treat uninsured, low-income patients in need of non-emergency medical care. There are several locations in Central Florida. The visit is free. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Chronic diseases and conditions that need ongoing care will be referred to other clinics in the area.
Shepherd’s Hope partners with organizations to provide most diagnostic lab and x-ray services at no charge. Prescription assistance is also available.
