Habitat For Humanity Washington County

Habitat for Humanity Washington County is a locally run affiliate of Habit for Humanity International. They are a non-profit group. Work is done in partnership with people in need to build and renovate housing. Housing that is decent and affordable. Volunteers provide most of the labor. Donations from individuals and corporations provide money and materials. Houses are sold to those in need at no profit. And with no interest charged. MADD

MADD offers support to those who have been affected by another person's drunk driving. They advocate for victims' rights and compensation. They fight for stricter underage drinking laws. They sponsor Walk Like MADD walks to raise funds. Please call or visit the website for more information.

Florida WIC Program

This program is called WIC for short. It is for pregnant women and children up to five years old. WIC provides the following at no cost: healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support and referrals for health care. Each eligible family gets an EBT card to use at the grocery store. They also get a list of foods to purchase at the lowest prices.
