National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Florida Gulf Coast
This agency has counseling and monthly support groups for patients and their families. They provide medical equipment loans for patients with a doctor’s referral. They can grant limited financial assistance (medical equipment, counseling, etc.). They have self help groups. They have educational programs, information and referral services. This program helps with rides to medical appointments for older adults or disabled persons. Services are based on need regardless of cultural, ethnic or religious beliefs.
