Pathways to Home has the aim to eliminate homelessness among families with children. They work with other agencies in Seminole County. Clients are assessed as to their needs. They may be referred to a partner agency for help. Help with utilities and rent may be provided for those accepted into the program.
Pathways to Home brings together private and public agencies striving to end homelessness for families with children in Seminole County. Their mission is to increase family stability by guiding families to services that best meet their real needs. This includes housing, education and child services.
