Clients will get education and community support that can help them create a safe and stable life for their children. The program is voluntary and takes place in your own home. Children’s Medical Services is called CMS for short. It is a collection of programs. These programs are for eligible children with special needs. The programs are family-centered. Braille and Talking Books Library-Florida Division of Blind Services

Braille and Talking Books Library is a free service. They offer reading materials in Braille and recorded audio. It is for those who are visually impared. The equipment used for the service is loaned out to customers. This includes digital players and headphones. The books on audio are also sent out to the customer at no charge.
