PanCare of Florida, Inc.

They operate Federally Qualified Health Centers. Primarily to serve people on Medicaid, Medicare, and those who are uninsured on a sliding scale. The sliding fee scale is based on income and household size. Must bring proof of household income (food stamp letters, pay stubs, tax forms, prior year returns, and/or letter from employers.) The Community Health Centers provide primary and urgent care, as well as dental care and mental health support.
