This group runs Grace House. It is a residential recovery program for women. The nine-month program includes a work therapy program. It also includes a 12-step recovery program. Hannah’s Maternity Transitional Housing is apartment-based living for homeless teens between 16-22 years old. These teens are pregnant or have given birth to their baby within the last six months.
