This group runs the Daniel Statewide In-Patient Psychiatric Program. It is called SIPP for short. The program provides treatment services. These services are for children between the ages of 5 and 17. The services provided are for children exhibiting the most severe symptoms of mental and emotional distress. Edgewood Children's Ranch offers help to children with behavioral issues. Children have the chance to change their behavior while living at the Ranch.
Ranch life includes living in a cottage with several other students and two adults. Cottages work, play and eat together. Students are expected to attend classes during the week and church on the weekends.
This group runs a residential program. It is for individuals with IDD. The group operates five community group homes. In the homes they work to foster the growth of self-reliance for residents. This group has two short- term residential programs. The length of the program depends on the person. The length can be from 6 months up to 24. The help is for adults experiencing homelessness.
