Youth Transition Services- Service Source - Pasco

This agency has two employment services for disabled youth. One is Successful Transitions. It helps youth ages 14-22. It provides them with access to local resources that increase their quality of life. They can get help with job searches and gain independence and self-sufficiency.

The other program is High School/High Tech (HS/HT). It gives high school students the chance to explore jobs and further their education. The emphasis is on high tech careers. Students get firsthand knowledge by way of site visits, workshops and paid summer internships.

A Place for Grace

They are a Christ-centered non-profit ministry. They provide food. Doors are open to, but not limited to, the low-income, the homeless, and/or seniors in need of clothes, food, and hygiene items.

Some services are Community Outreach Center's House of Prayer, GED Program, Recovery Program/Referrals, Meal Program, and Emergency Relief.

Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Gainesville

People with certain disabilities may apply for services from APD.

Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) may offer the following services:

  • Placement in an intermediate care facility for those with developmental disabilities
  • Supported employment services
  • Supported living services
  • Consumer Directed Care Plus (CDC+)
  • IFS funding for non-waiver customer expenses
