Access Florida - Florida Department of Children and Families

Baker County Council on Aging - Home Delivered Meals / Congregate Hot Lunches

This agency provides daily hot meals to elders through the Meals on Wheels program if they are home bound or unable to cook for themselves.

The Congregate Meals Nutrition Program serves daily meals to active seniors at specific location. This service is for elders who are interested and able to participate in activities outside the home.

Emergency Shelter - Hubbard House

The Emergency Shelter is a safe, secure, and confidential facility. The playground has a privacy fence so children cannot be seen. Most residents have their own bedroom with bath. The shelter is a highly secure facility. Residents can safely rest and plan for their future. There is a day care center as well as a school. Please call for more information.
