Anchorage Children's Home - Bridge Transitional Living

The Bridge Transitional Living program serves up to six youth in house and fourteen youth in non-residential services. It empowers these 16- to 22-year-old youths to become independent and fully contributing members of their communities. This work is done through an 18-month program. During this time, they will continue or complete their education. Additionally, they will work to obtain employment. They will also develop essential life skills. Hannah’s Maternity Transitional Housing is apartment-based living for homeless teenagers. They are between 16-22 years old. These teens are pregnant or have given birth to their baby within the last six months. It provides a safe place to live while staff help them develop adequate life skills. Anchorage Children's Home provides Hidle House. This program provides safe shelter to youth while working on immediate family problems. These stays are often shot-term, up to 21 days. East Coast(South of Flagler County)/South East Florida Summer Camp - Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches

Offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills.
