This agency grants wishes to children with life threatening illnesses. It is for children ages 2 1/2 to 17. After a child is referred, Make-A-Wish will work with the child's doctor to determine eligibility. Their vision is to grant one wish to every eligible child. Offers a summer camp for youth ages 10-15. Kids can take part in many fun activities such as canoeing, archery and swimming. They have the chance to build teamwork and peer communication skills. They can also enjoy the tranquil outdoors. Campers will have the chance to interact with law enforcement personnel and volunteers and learn other social skills. This group provides services to youth. The children are between the ages 13-17. They are in need of long-term foster care placement. The group runs two homes. The homes focus on the physical and emotional well-being of the individual. The youth are given a healthy and supportive environment. They are also taught methods for sustaining basic life skills.
