EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors. They can get a free eye exam and follow-up care for up to one year. Follow-up care is for any condition found during the initial eye exam. Visit the website to learn more.

Get Help with questions about: Medicare, Medicare supplements, Medicaid, Prescription assistance, Long-term care insurance, and Medicare fraud. Meet with a SHINE volunteer at area counseling sites or by telephone. We can do home visits for those who are housebound.

Suwannee Valley 4C's strives to meet the early learning needs of each child. Every child receives a variety of learning experiences that enhance his/her cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth. It is for children ages 0 to 5.
