EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors. SHINE volunteers help Seniors with health insurance questions. They provide free information and unbiased counseling. Get Help with questions about: Medicare, Medicare supplements, Medicaid, Prescription assistance, Long-term care insurance, and Medicare fraud. Meet with a SHINE volunteer at area counseling sites or by telephone. We can do home visits for those who are housebound.
