Marion Transit Services provide public transportation. This includes services for the transportation disadvantaged. They also help other sponsored and non-sponsored program recipients in Marion County on an advance reservation basis.

Services Provided By Drivers:
Drivers will help passengers from their doorway into the vehicle. They will also help them from the vehicle to the main entrance of their destination. Most vans are wheelchair equipped. Drivers cannot assist wheelchairs over more than one step or curb. Wheelchairs must not be any wider than 31 inches. Oxygen bottles may be taken if securely attached to the wheelchair or in a small bottle carried by passenger.

This group offers the Road to Recovery program. It provides patients transportation to and from cancer related medical appointments. Transportation is for those who don’t have a ride.
