The Florida Abuse Hotline accepts reports 24 hours a day. Anyone who suspects that a child or vulnerable adult is abused or neglected needs to make a report. You can report online, by phone or by fax.
This program helps victims of crimes committed by Florida inmates. Through the VINE program, victims can sign up for an automatic notification service. Anyone may call the toll-free number to get an inmate's current location and release date. You may also register to learn when an inmate is released, transferred, escapes or dies. Generally, clients are served in the county where they live. Counseling services are NOT given to those who are actively abusing drugs or alcohol or who are physically abusive. Persons that the agency cannot serve will be given a referral for another resource.
