Alzheimer's & Dementia Resource Center offers support, programs, and training to families and individuals caring for a loved one with some form of dementia. Please call or visit website for more information.

The Salvation Army provides the Adult Rehabilitation Center. It is a resident substance abuse rehabilitation program. Men come to the center for help when they are no longer able to cope with addiction.

They have the benefits of:

• Group therapy
• Meals
• Spiritual guidance and skilled counseling
• Work therapy

The Victim Service Center serves people who have been survivors of crime. They provide therapists and support groups.

The Adult Literacy League provides tutoring and classes for those in need.

Services include:

• Tutoring, teaching reading, writing, and English literacy skills
• English conversation and English language literacy (ESOL)
• Adult Basic Education (ABE)
• GED
• Math
• Computer skills

MADD Victim Advocates can help the family apply for Crime Victim Compensation. Every state offers this type of benefit. Eligibility conditions may vary. Please see the website for more information.
