The Community Hope Center is a program-based project that impacts the low-income, poverty level families and individuals living in and around Osceola County, Florida. The primary emphasis is to assist those living homeless or in motels and hotels along Osceola County’s 192 Corridor.
This group has the Family Stability Program. The program offers homeless prevention. As well as rapid rehoming services. The help is for men and women. It is also for families. They are either experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. There is financial assistance is available for those in need. They must meet certain requirements to qualify. Clearpoint helps consumers identify the cause of their individual financial concerns. And then helps make a plan to address them. They are not a loan company and do not lend out money. This group offers the Critical Financial Assistance Program. The program helps military families with grants and not loans. Help is also given in the form of grocery cards.
