The Food Stamp Program(EBT) helps people with low income to buy healthy food. The application can be done online. Please see the website for your local service center. The application is also used for Temporary Cash Assistance, Medicaid, and all other Dept of Children and Families services.
You can view the application in English, Haitian-Creole, or Spanish.

Assurance Wireless offers free lifeline wireless phone services. You may qualify if you receive Medicaid or Food Stamps. You can also qualify based on your household income. Please call or go to the website for more information.
Clients may go directly to the nearest food pantry to receive emergency food assistance if they have not visited the pantry in the past three months. For persons visiting the food pantries from families of four or less, bring photo identification for the person vising the pantry. For persons of families of five or more, bring photo identification for the person visiting the food pantry and some form of identification for all other family members.
The Indiantown Food Pantry is located at Indiantown Baptist Church at 15364 SW Yalaha Street
Hours: Tuesday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Caring Kitchen is a hot meal program. They combine breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. The program also includes numerous other services. Job search assistance and referrals to human service and social service agencies are some of them. Visit website or call for more info.
