Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) Northwest Region

Healthcare Navigator

Our Navigators provide any consumer with the application and enrollment or re-enrollment, and assistance in selecting a qualified health plan to the Federally facilitated and State Partnership Marketplaces for health insurance. Navigators provide information and services in a fair, accurate, impartial and unbiased manner to consumers and help or refer to Medicaid/CHIP programs. Navigators conduct outreach, attend community events, and conduct public education activities to raise awareness about the Exchange.
