First Steps is a substance abuse program for men. This serves the men who live at the Coalition. They work one-on-one with a case manager and create a plan for self-sufficiency.

Services include:

• Life Strides
• Mental health counseling
• Yoga

This group offers the Critical Financial Assistance Program. The program helps military families with grants and not loans. Help is also given in the form of grocery cards. Catholic Charities of Central Florida provides the Semoran Food Pantry. It is available Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Please call or visit website for more information.

Meals on Wheels Etc. provides meals to the elderly in their homes. Meal delivery is for homebound persons 60 and older. For eligibility, call the office.

Neighborhood Dining provides nutritious noonday meals at several locations.

Seniors First Meals on Wheels offers nutritious meals, warm conversation and regular safety checks for homebound seniors living in Orange County.

The Senior Resource Alliance is called SRA for short. It is run by the Department of Elder Affairs. SRA is a resource center. It helps find resources on both a state and federal level.
