Transitional housing for single mothers over 21 years of age with children from infant to 9 years old. “Short term stays for long term success.” You can stay up to 6 months. Private rooms. There is an application process and an income requirement. No DCF assistance provided. Women cannot be in an immediate domestic violence or substance abuse crises.

Two duplexes with two bedrooms and two baths each. There is an application process and an income requirement. No DCF assistance provided. Women cannot be in an immediate domestic violence or substance abuse crises.  

Dunnellon Community Services

Food pantry is open on the first and third Mondays of each month from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Emergencies are by appointment only. Free lunch for anyone 60 and older and caregivers of a client on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday. Doors open at 10 a.m. with lunch served at 11:30 a.m. We close at 1 p.m.

Supportive Services for Veteran Families Program: Ocala - Volunteers of America

This program provides temporary and supportive services. The help is for veterans and their families. The goal of the program is to promote housing stability. There are qualifications that must be met to participate in the program. Please call or visit the website for more information.
