Continuum of Care (CoC) is a HUD program that provides resources to providers and groups in order to end homelessness.
This group offers the Reach Program. It provides a variety of mental health related services. They are for girls between the ages of 11 and 17. The services are also for their families. Program therapists travel to the girls. They will meet in the home, school, or community. Meeting online is also available. Please call or visit the website for locations and more information.
This group offers a day program. The program is year-round. Teachers help middle and high school students with education. Counselors help with support, life skills training, and career preparation. They offer help at home, as well as at schools and within the local community. The services are tailored for each girl. This program is free. EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors.
