GCM - Utility Assistance

GCM provides help to those who have fallen on hard times and have gotten behind in their utility bills. Due to limited funding they can only offer this service to a client one time. You must call on Mondays only and make an appointment. On message machine leave your Name, Phone Number, and Last Four Digits of SS#. Please see the website for more information.

GCM - Clothing

GCM provides clothing to families who have lost everything due to a fire or other disaster. They also provide clothing for those who cannot afford to buy it due to a financial crisis. Clothing is provided every 3 months as needed for those in the program. Please call for more information.
You must call first for an appointment on Thursday at 9:00am.

GCM - Food Pantry

The food pantry provides emergency food for those in need. It is given during times when food is otherwise unavailable due to limited incomes. A two-day supply of food is given to each member of the household every 30 days. Please call for more information.

Mayo Clinic - Jacksonville - Charity Care

This department serves patients who are in difficult financial circumstances. They offer financial help to those who need necessary medical services. They will work with each patient to find sources to fund their care. They will create a payment plan based on the patient's ability to pay. They will also provide medical care at reduced rates or at no cost. Please call or visit the website to learn more.

Free Phones for Hearing/Speech Impaired-Florida Telecommunications Relay Service (FTRI)

FTRI provides specialized telephone equipment and ring signaling devices. The equipment is loaned to qualified, permanent Florida residents for as long as needed. These devices are loaned at no charge. Please call or visit the website for locations and more information.
