The Connect Program is a referral program. They provide many programs and resources. Some programs include infant safety, family planning, child development, nutrition, and more. Resources may include food, housing aid, employment, and more. This program is for pregnant women, infants, and families with young children. Eligibility is based on a screening. UF CARD offers services in 14 Florida counties. They are a team of professionals. That serve children and adults with autism and related disabilities. The services offered are free of charge.
