Continuum of Care (CoC) is a HUD program that provides resources to providers and groups in order to end homelessness.
This group offers the Reach Program. It provides a variety of mental health related services. They are for girls between the ages of 11 and 17. As well as their families. EyeCare America’s Senior Program helps seniors aged 65 and older protect their vision. It connects them with local, volunteer eye doctors.
