Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program - Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County

This is a free educational program that gets children ready for kindergarten. Children must be 4 years of age and live in Florida to take part in this program. They may do a school year program made up of 540 total instructional hours. There is also a summer program made up of 300 total instructional hours. School Readiness Assistance - Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County

This program helps pay for childcare. At least one parent must be working on their education at least 20 hours per week. The family's income must at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. Alachua County Social Services

Alachua County Division of Social Services (ACDSS), is a County agency that serves eligible low income residents of Alachua County with medical or general assistance needs for which there are no federal, state, or private programs available. Eligible residents must meet the Core Eligibility guidelines and fall within the established Federal Poverty Level.
